Condor
Aero Club, Inc.
In order to continue flying after March
31st, you need to have a plastic pilot certificate. Please be sure
that the Club has a photocopy of your plastic certificate on file to
continue your Club flying privileges after March 31st. Click
here
for more information on this rule on the AOPA website, and click
here to visit the FAA website to request a plastic pilot
certificate.
Note that temporary, student, and flight instructor certificates (flight
instructor certificates are already being issued as plastic) are not
impacted by this rule. The cost is $2. However, if you are
removing your social security number from your pilot certificate, the
switch is free.
To renew the Club's insurance policy each year, members must submit an annual report of their flying experience. Please click here or visit the "Condor Overview" page to download a copy of the Annual Pilot Report. Completed forms are due to Chris Coene no later than December 31st in order to continue your flying privileges for 2010.
