Joining the Club / Learn to Fly

Welcome perspective Condor Pilots! Thank you for your interest in our flying club. We have a great fleet of aircraft and boast a strong flying community with many social events. Whether you’re a seasoned flyer, brand new Private Pilot, or looking to learn to fly, we welcome you!

The cost of joining the Club as a flying member includes a one-time $1,000 initiation fee, annual dues which are currently $325/year, and participation in the Club’s group insurance policy, the cost of which is divided equally among the flying members.  In recent years, the insurance cost has been $500/year per flying member (prorated for new flying members if joining mid-year). Annual dues for non-flying, non-voting social members are $100/year with no initiation fee.
